Little scientists will have the biggest fun at the Academy’s first Pre-K Discovery Day! Visit the third level of the museum for exploration perfectly suited for scientists ages 3–5: ·

• Bring your favorite furry (stuffed) friend to learn and play with you all day 
• Visit the recently renovated Outside In,the Academy’s discovery center for kids, where you can go on a bear hunt, do a bee dance, and meet a live animal. 
• Construct your own science kit. We’ll give you the supplies, you add imagination! 
• Explore the properties of water as you pour and splash. 
• Squish and twist to test the strength of modeling clay. 
• Dig, sift, and discover dirt and sand. 
• Show off your moves at a bee dance party. 
• Meet Marty the Moose during an interactive story time and a special “Mailtime with Marty” puppet show.

Pre-K Science Day is free with admission.
