Young Women’s Health Community Research Study

Event Description

Thomas Jefferson and Drexel University wants to learn about young women’s health in Philadelphia, especially what we can do to help prevent breast cancer. We will be holding a group discussion with young women to hear about their ideas on health on September 6, 2017 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm. We are looking for young women between the ages of 21 and 30 who do not have a college degree. The 90-minute group discussion will take place at the Dornsife Center – 3509 Spring Garden St in West Philadelphia. Refreshments will be served. All participants will receive a $40 Target gift card at the end. For more information, please contact us at (267) 359-6153. This project is approved by the Institutional Review Board (IRB) of Drexel University. The Principal Investigators are Dr. Ann Klassen and Dr. Hee-Soon Juon.
