Event Description
The holidays are a notoriously tough time to avoid putting on extra pounds. A Healthier U and the Drexel Recreation Center are here to help with Maintain Don’t Gain, a six-week health improvement challenge program that encourages employees to maintain or lose weight through nutrition and fitness. Maintain Don’t Gain is open to all Drexel University faculty and professional staff.
Each participant will weigh-in at the beginning of the program in late November and weigh-out at the end, after the New Year. Weigh-ins are available on the University City Campus and the Center City Campus.
